Travel andHousing Agent will contact you by email to determine dates of arrival and departure and any add-on services 3. Travel and Housing Agent will send you Hotel Resrvation Confirmation with reservation number and guest name plus secured payment link. 4. After payment with link received you have to send these: - Cancelation policy agreement (Yes); - The cardholder’s consent for the charge (Yes); - Purchase confirmation, transaction screenshots using payment link received; - A photo of the cardholder’s Passport/ID Card/Travel Document/Driving License alongside the card (with some CC numbers obscured).
